Chokladbollar {vegan}

Chokladbollar

Chokladbollar, or chocolate balls, are a popular sweet treat in Sweden, especially around the holidays. A short ingredient list and quick assembly make these no-bake chokladbollar the perfect recipe to have on hand for the hectic holiday season. You can whip up a batch start to finish in 15 minutes flat, and keep all the ingredients easily on hand. If you don’t like coconut, you can coat the chokladbollar with pearl sugar instead, or omit the coating all together- still delicious! These treats are also vegan and gluten free- so you can enjoy them all season long without the guilt.

Add a little personality to your cheese plate with these easy and delicious crackers. They take only slightly more effort than slice and bake cookies, and add a real flavor kick to anything you pair them with. Plus, you’ll get serious bragging rights for not just opening an old box of crackers from the pantry. Use these as the platform for canapés and toppers, or simply set them out with a few wedges of cheese and let your guests do the assembly themselves. They make a perfect homemade holiday gift when wrapped up with a bow.
